Next track season, prevent such injuries by taking your workouts to the pool. I'd also reccomend that you continue to work on form, and add core strength. Your physical posture is vital to your success as a sprinter. You're flat-footedness may get in the way, but get it out of the way so you may succeed. And always always play the watch game before the race, you'll start right off the gun. |

thanx! you said something about getting my flat-footedness out of the way... how do i do that? do you mean just by wearing my inserts, or are youtalking aobut exercises? thanx!
