Well friday i left to go to a track meet to go compete, and we stayed over night last night and today was the track meet..... man it was sooo hot and humid, and everybodies energy was low because of the sun and everybody had to run hard in that sun on that track too... it was like 85- 90 sumthin in the mornin to the middle of the day..... and i couldnt even get no sleep last night cuz of my crazy boys stayin out all night and we had a race to compete in, i only got like 2 hours of rest in last night....
But uh i trained really hard to get where i am dis summer, and i push my self to the limit, i practice everyday for like 2 to 3 hours on the track runnin... sumtymes i practice 2 times in one day.... mornin and evenin
But today was the meet and heres whut i did
1st Place- 100m Dash Intermediate Boys Ages 15-16
1st Place-200m Dash Intermediate Boys Ages 15-16
Here are my medals
_________________ 60m dash, 100m dash, 200m dash, 4x100m, 4x200m, and 4x400m Relays. PR 200m-23.00

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
As much fun as we have talking about it, it is even better when one of us goes out and actually does it.
What else you got on the schedule for the summer?

Really? It doesn't on mine. I suppose if he used the BBCode it should work; I assumed he used HTML markup... The URL to the image itself works if I copy it into the Address bar, so I'm not quite sure what to make of that...
edit: Oh sure, now that I manually viewed the image in a blank page and post the explanation, after reloading this page post-posting, it shows up just fine!

Well i got 23.3 in the 200m
and 11.2 in the 100m
I wanna bring that 200m time down to a 20.5
and the 100m to a 10.4

It was in Monroe, Louisiana

CENTRAL LOUISIANA TRACK CLUB

Those are good times, nice job. While it's great to set goals that will make you work hard, I would caution against setting them too high in the short term. The 10.4 might be attainable (I assume you're talking about hand times?), but 20.5 is a time only 2-3 high schoolers manage any given year, and rarely any from outside of Texas... 22-flat, maybe even 21.x, would seem to be a much more realistic goal. Still a very good time to shoot for!
