I think that Dan's game will always be the best (even though I never seem to be able to win )
but has anyone else joined the IAAF fantasy game for Osaka? perhaps we can create a buddy league and I am sure the knowledgable people here will ensure that we win !
I looked at the rules and the scoring is nothing like what Dan has going here which is much better, and it only goes for one competition not the entire season - but it looks ok.
If anyone else is interested I could set it up?
What do you think |

Any idea how they're doing athlete selection? Just picking winners doesn't seem all that difficult if there's no pricing limitations...

Looks to be something like:
pick any 20 athletes, any events - although you are only allowed one athlete per nation (so only one from the USA etc)
Points earnt for the athlete if they finish in the top 1-8 - 100, 75, 50 , 40 etc etc |

Yeah, but 3rd in our contest is much more prestigious.

Absolutely!
who cares to win a Stoccarda-trip when you can compete just for the glory?
BTW your game is funnier than IAAF game by far!!! _________________ “But the most important thing is that you're having fun. It's not about the results or being number one in the world, it's about feeling satisfied and enjoying it.” Carolina Kluft |
