This web group is not about taking great athletes away from their
native or de facto native countries.
This web site is about providing an opportunity to the athletes who
cannot make it in their countries due to too much a competition.

What results would you have to achieve to be sought after by the Polish or other East European coaches, but not be able to qualify through the US, Canadian, Mexican, Jamaican, Brazilian or other national championships for the world championships or the Olympics?
First, the events where the PZLA is not making effort to find anyone: Women's Pole Vault, 1500 m, and 3K SC.
As to dashes, Poland has a rich tradition for a medium size country; therefore, it could be tricky. As to the Polish citizenship, you are automatically a Polish citizen, if one of your grand parents was a Polish citizen, and did not get his or her citizenship revoked through and only through the appropriate Polish authorities, and signed by either the Polish Prime Minister, during the Communist times, or the Polish President.
The Polish government considers new US citizens to be Polish citizens because they did revoke their obligation to Poland in either US Court, or in the US Immigration and Naturalization Center, since the before—listed authorities are not part of the Polish national government such a revocation is not valid in Poland.
To properly revoke a Polish citizenship, a person would have to collect at least 7 pieces of original documentation and apply to proper Polish and only Polish national authorities; afterwards, the President of Poland would have to sign it (the procedure has been simplified a few years ago; until recently, to get rid off the Polish citizenship, a person needed 14 pieces of the original or recreated documentation.)
In other words; it is virtually impossible, or at least extremely difficult and a tedium to get rid off the Polish citizenship.
Nota Bene – Note Well :
The only way to reclaim a property (except for farms that were given back to the private owners in 1956) that was seized by the Communists, a descendant(s) of the owner must be Polish citizens who are residing in Poland.
I will start with men's dashes:
Results:
100 m men: PB of 10.15 or better, and SB of 10.20 or better (Polish national record is 10.00);
200 m men: PB of 20.25 or better, and SB of 20.35 or better (Polish national record is 19.98;
400 m men: PB of 44.99 or better, and SB of 45.25 or better (The Polish national record holder and the second fastest Polish one-lap runner during last 10 years both broke 45.00 seconds for one lap at least once)
800 m men: PB of sub 1:45, and SB of 1:45.5 or better;
110 m H men: PB of sub 13.25, and SB of 13.50 or better;
400 m H men: PB of sub 1:48.99 and SB of sub 1:48.99 or better;
and Women's short sprints:
100 m: PB of 11.30 and SB of 11.40 or better;
200 m: PB of 22.75 and SB of 23.25 or better;
100 m H: PB of sub 12.90 and SB of sub 13.00
800 m: PB of sub 1:59.00 and SB of sub 2:00.00
I will try to provide more info at a later time.
