The Final Sprint, my new running site has everything you need to know about news, nutrition, gear, training, etc. It has specific info for beginners all the way through elite runners. It even specifically caters to people of all ages, including a weekly column just for Baby Boomers. Although a few of its components are still being added as we speak - it is nearly done and ready to help you to "Start Here . . . Finish Strong".

post, not point. One post, one forum. You posted the same message to three forums, which is not acceptable. The fact that it was also self-promotional in nature does not help your case, especially being a brand new member.
