Results are starting to trickle in... I've already got a no-show in Mwera in the 800m b-race... Hot men's steeple! 8:12 for an American; not something you see every day.

Richards looks like the woman to beat this year in the 400. Eliud takes a much needed 2nd in the 5k, but my #2 man Geneti finishes a disappointing 9th... Man, that 5k must've been an exciting finish! Top-4 within a second of each other and another cluster of 3 sub-13's right behind them.

Damn, the second half of the meet went poorly for me. Mutola, L. Williams, Colander, and Bati all disappointed, and Conway's 100m crew came through impressively. In fact, Conway had the second best score of the meet (pipped third best by a point or two) and moved within a mere point of me... My goal of reaching #7 didn't materialize, as I feel about 200 points shy of the target. Even so, that would've only been good enough for #10, since there were some pretty good scores this week.
