Based on that range of events, I would guess the 400/800 will be more emphasized? If so, lean toward the mid-distance spikes. A true sprint spike would tend to be rather painful over two laps, and a good long sprint/short mid-distance spike can work just fine for the sprints, assuming you have sufficient calf and foot strength to stay up on the ball of your feet without additional stiffness.
