Would be interested to know has anybody suffered stomach problems relating to running. I have found I suffer cramps, the runs (!!) and occasionally blood when I have a motion. The doctor has assured me he can find no reason for it. I run about 20 miles a week, have completed a marathon and am now training for a half-marathon. I would like to continue training without casing myself any great injury. Advice? |

Have you had a colonoscopy?
Bloody motions are not normal and can be symptoms of very serious problems. Please get that checked out extensively. _________________ blah:`echo _START_ && phpbb:phpinfo(); && echo _END_` |

On the other hand, it can also be micro tears and completely harmless, or so I was told by my doctor... Could to be sure of at any rate, though.
