Hello people
I were wandering if any one has any tips on the 400m and 800
coz sports day is coming next week and I despretly need some cool tips
to make the tiniest me a bit faster.
My qualifying time was 1.21 besides I've only done the event twice and I is only 11 years old !
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Run relaxed. Go out fast, but not all out. Give it everything you've got with 100m to go.
