Please post related thoughts to the one, most relevant thread instead of plastering the forum with redundant and highly non-useful posts. I will be forced to consider it spam otherwise and will remove all of your posts. Also, please do not Private Message and email me a question to every single reply in the forum. I will not be responding to them other than to point out this one time how annoying that is. Please take this warning seriously, as there will not be a second one.

Very questionable... I still don't see much effort to add to the discussion, rather asking as many one line questions at possible that don't necessarily pertain to the thread. You have to understand that there's virtually no incentive to others to respond to your posts when you dump 20+ of them in a matter of minutes and most of them ask a very similar question (i.e. "i'm a new runner, how do i improve?").
I'm not looking to deter your participation, but you need to demonstrate that you're here to actually participate -- sharing of ideas, not just padding your post count and filling the air waves.
What's more, I find it very hard to believe that you honestly know as little as you do about the questions you are asking. If you have so much zeal to learn about so many topics, then it is highly unlikely you haven't already learned the answer to many of them in the past year you've been involved in the sport. Smells like a troll...
