Ah, I didn't realize hominy's actually a word! I thought you meant harmony... Makes much more sense now.

Hominy; noun, a southern foodstuff made from corn.
It's ok but not one of my favorites. Actually it is a little bland.
But let me tell you what I had today
We cut up green peppers, purple onions and portobello mushrooms and coated them in olive oil and grilled them on the George Foreman grill. Added just a touch of lemon pepper seasoning and it was delicious.
Part of that new year's healthy eating resolution. _________________ blah:`echo _START_ && phpbb:phpinfo(); && echo _END_` |

Leave it to New Mexicans. We also have Homminy down there. It's called passole (homminy in spanish). We usually serve it with either red or green chile. That keeps it from being very bland. _________________ Time is the fire in which we burn |

I like that idea for the hominy. Since I am trying to eat more veggies right now I am open to ideas on how to spice them up and make them more appetizing. Maybe we need a recipe sharing thread on the Health and Nutrition forum.
"recipe sharing"...did I just get in touch with my feminine side...  _________________ blah:`echo _START_ && phpbb:phpinfo(); && echo _END_` |
