Does anybody know anything about dr coopers theorys on lung development ,Vo2 Imrovement etc. Or any books on the subject paticularly the isdn numbers |

Ian, are you referring to Dr. Kenneth Cooper of the aerobics guru and head of the Cooper Wellness Center?? If you are, he does not write on those areas. His focus is on fitness in the 65% - 80% heart rate range, which is outside of VO2 Max range. |

Yes i would imagine it is the same man ,I believe he has a book called Coopers Aerobics or something similar in which he outlines his theory.
This i have been told was developed in England during the war when he carried out studies on American servicemen aircraft pilots & such like and so had a large group to study over a period of time,these i have been told
were the basis for his book which i have yet to track down |
