I always knew Phelps was not that smart of an athlete. Getting busted for alcohol a couple year ago, showing up at the pool at the Olympics with headphones on, showing up in mecca clothing at the Beijing interview and now smoking the grass. He also has some tattoos here: http://www.jackbook.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/michael-phelps-14.jpg _________________ My favorite all time race: Hicham El Guerrouj - Prefontaine Classic Mile 2002 http://youtube.com/watch?v=4YykUTHzOL8

Wow, I told my mom this and she said, "You just found out?"
Now what kind of role model would Phelps be for his fans? As annoying I am about those little details about him like the tattoos, mecca clothing at an interview, etc. All of those old farts that run the whole athletic bureaucracy look at those tiny things. It doesn't matter naturally, but there's traditions. Hicham showed up at the interview in a suit with a tie which made him look more mature instead of showing up in a colorful hoodie with those knotted ends hanging down to the table. Phelps is also a bit of a stud. One of Romania's most famous soccer player, Mutu, everyone refers to him as "That guy who sleeps with a different party girl every night." _________________ My favorite all time race: Hicham El Guerrouj - Prefontaine Classic Mile 2002 http://youtube.com/watch?v=4YykUTHzOL8
