By form I ment shape, I'm just running. It was the dirt road clique, which is the group of athletes that I tend to kid around with more. It was good natured, of coarse, but I think I now see how it is that so many young female athletes (and girls in general) get eating dissorders. I really want to loose weight fast right now. Although probably not badly enough to actually change my balanced diet with it's five daily servings from the soda group, the candy bar group and the fatty food group.

Maybe old, fat and slow is more of a condition than a title.

Micah, depending on where your weight is at the moment (I'm at 185), I've got you beat on 2 of those parameters, I'm older and slower.

Right now I am 195. That is down from 207 at the first of the year so I can't complain much. I am supposed to be at 187 when I get to Quantico at the end of the month. We will see.....
