Who watched the Penn Relays? MD had some excellent perfomers in there...particulary the 4*100 team from Oakland Mills and Shane Stroup from River Hill who ran in the mile...both of which got 2nd and both are in the same county as me. Who saw the 4*100 finals? I wanted to know what people thought of Kyle Farmer pulling up lame with 10 meters to go.

CHSMile, who are you? I'm guessing you go to Centennial. My name's Mike...I went to River Hill last year...I'm at Ithaca College now. How's your season going?

That's right, I do go to Centennial. My name is Steve. My season is going alright...by no means am I fast though. My school doesnt have any fast people currently except Kevin Ray, he runs 51.8 in the 400. We have some kids that will be fast later on. Our 4*400 is pretty good- 3:34 and we're working on the 4*200. I see that things are going good for River Hill..as always. What events did you do while you were at River Hill? Do you run for Ithaca?

I ran the 1600, 3200 and 3200 relay for River Hill. Right now I'm running the 5000 and 10000 for Ithaca. The mileage gets a lot tougher when you get to college, but so far I'm loving the running scene.
