I'm a college athlete with stress fractures in both tibia. I'm trying to find a work out to maximize my potential and that isn't as hard on my legs as my normal workouts. Does anyone have any alternative workouts!?

Wouldn't getting healthy be a top priority right now? I would think specific workouts would be better left until you can accurately assess your health and conditioning...
Also, it would be very helpful to know what times you are capable of currently when looking at what is necessary to run a specific time. Plus, what sort of training?

Well you can't become a superstar when your injured. As soon as you are healthy, I would get a great base. Run as many miles a week as your body can handle, and do Max VO2 Workouts and Tempo runs.
