Anyone else also considers running as Zen meditation also , every step just a step, and nothing else ?

It's quite common to hear people refer to running as relaxing and even meditative, and many books (such as The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner) have made reference.

Haha, I made a mistake.

Of course, this isn't new to any serious runner, what I ask in this topic.

I'd better make another one titled "what do you think about during running" f.e.
