Hi people,

I wrote a review of a guide on how to stop sweating which I started using a few months ago, and it has been working really well.

I was thinking of sharing some of the methods I read about, but I'd also be interested to hear what steps you guys have been taking to help your sweat problem.

Cheers,
Jimmy

Sweating is not a bad thing. In fact, the higher the fitness level the faster you sweat. It's either that or a high percentage of body fat that traps heat. There really isn't anything you can do here other than cleaning yourself up after you sweat. That guy in the book that would sweat a lot is actually because of genetics. Sweat doesn't mean you're working hard, etc. It just means that your body is trying to cool itself down when the core temparature rises from a rising heart rate due to exercise, anxiety, nervousness, etc.

Read this too: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperhidrosis
As you can see, some of the things I mentioned above are valid explanations to Armin's condition. If it's focal axillary hyperhidrosis then the immediate action should be to visit a doctor.
