My intervals in the morning feel a lot faster than in the afternoon. Somehow my legs can't sprint after I get out from school to do my intervals, it feels sluggish.

Sitting all day will do that.

The entire campus is imense with 4 buildings to walk back and forth to each passing period taking around 7 minutes, and with a huge backpack twice the size of my back puts even more stress.

I would say have your warmup be a bit longer and include more strides prior to your afternoon speed sessions.

As long as you hydrate and eat properly during the course of the day you should be good to go - possibly better because depending on you morning rituals you may have been fasting through the night it takes a while for things to be readily available for your body to use.

I wake up at 5:00 a.m. and run until 6:20 when the bus comes. In the afternoon I do my speed workouts. For some reason my speed is better in the morning where I feel like my legs are bouncing on the concrete, but in the afternoon it seems like other people are jogging as fast as my sprint...I will be doing my "power" workout of pure speed with 20 pounds of weight running, uphill sprints, then plyometrics. I got another problem too when I do strength training. When I squat my "heavy sets" and I go all the way down, then back up my right knee cracks, like my tendon keeps on getting stuck onto the boen then "flicks" off of my bone again.
