Elliptical machines, what do you think of them?
I personally think they are great conditioning devices.
My dad bought a bowflex/ellipitical combo machine, do you think the ellipitical part will hold up? He bought the floor model for $300 dollars _________________ Je suis rapide! |

I don't see why they wouldn't be durable. The idea is low impact exercise, which also implies less impact on the machine. Bowflex stuff is quite well made from what I've seen, if not a bit over-hyped. I do find it odd that they're producing so many items these days without the flex bows, although I've got one of the earliest such examples myself -- a joint Bowflex/Schwinn project that used regular weight plans instead of the power rods or whatever they're called.
