Here's the event schedule, but I don't see anything resembling entry lists:

I know Dan I've been checking for the last week (haven't bothered today) and still no entry list. The other GP meets have theirs up a 2-14 days ahead of time, why not Brussels?

Beats me. All they've got is the press release highlighting some of the notable athletes in attendance.

I've followed X-King's advice and gone to using the IAAF site for quicker results than the meet sites ... too bad they aren't also taking over the entry list duties.

Dan

I'm puzzled to by the delay announcement of the athletes. What purpose could a top GP meet have for not presenting the startlist early?

Presumably just bad organization. I can't imagine they would be intentionally depriving us of the information. Preliminary start lists are always posted with the understanding they're likely to change.

I think as the season wears on its harder to get solid confirmations ... Athletes get tired ... Some want to rest ... Some decide to end the season .... Has got to be hard putting together a solid start list right now ... Probably hedging their bets so they don't end up with a lot of egg on their face ...

That's no excuse for not at least putting clearly preliminary information out there, though. They've got press releases, no reason they can't put up tentative lists, too. Athletes cancel all the time for reasons unrelated to the meet itself, why would that make them look bad?

Finally! Looks absolutely horrible for my crew, unless a lot more names get added.

800 - Mulaudzi, Reed
5k/10k - Kipchoge

100 - Sturrup
800 - Valdonado

You might have 200 points on me there Sad , but unless everyone else has a weak lineup this week, I doubt it'll be enough to move up much. You likely will pass me, but I think it'll be because I slide back a few spots...
