Hi, I want to share with you a secret about a sports bar that has dramatically improved my training in terms of time, endurance, and speed. The bar is called the Access bar and comes with a money back guarantee if it does not increase your energy and endurance. Dr. Wang from the University of Alberta has created this low calorie sports nutrition bar that changes the way your body burns fuel in order to maximize the release of the body’s own power, increase the use of body fibres that sustain greater intensity and longer duration of exercise and decrease lactic acid delaying muscle fatigue. The body is full of potential energy. Just one pound of fat contains enough energy to run 38 miles or walk more than 55 miles - without stopping to eat anything! The problem lies in the fact that the body protects itself by limiting its fat-burning capability. During a workout, the main fuels your muscles burn are glucose (from the food you eat) and fat (fuel stored for future use). When the body burns these fuels, it creates adenosine, which enters the circulatory system, making muscles tired, and slows down a workout. Adenosine also promotes the conversion of glucose into lactic acid. But Access Bars stop adenosine from taking effect, which results in increased energy, greater intensity, longer duration of exercise and no muscle fatigue. Access Bars contain a natural food blend that blocks adenosine from being absorbed by receptor cells. The bars also inhibit the release of acetylcholine (the neurotransmitter that elicits muscle contraction) - allowing you to use more muscle fibre, which extends your workout! Because of its effectiveness, the Access Bar was granted a patent in both the U.S. and Canada.

If you would like more information on how to purchase this bar please contact me at kimberlyann_mcintyre@yahoo.ca. I look forward to hear from you and good luck running. Very Happy

What is this, an infomercial? Neutral

Seriously, if you're going to try pedaling something (which is frowned upon), at least have some creativity about it.

If you aren't pedalling wares, learn how to write so it sounds like a personal recommendation, not a sales pitch.

Sorry, but personally I don't believe there is anything in a bar that will help me improve that eating healthy and correctly won't do Smile

Very Happy

A power bar will improve my time, stop the soreness and elimate the need to for speed work? Wow , what have I been doing all this time going to the gym, eating right and running. Who Knew!

The only bar that will help my running are the ones I pass on fifth avenue on the way to central park to get my workout in.

Thanks for the tip! Surprised
