Well, for one thing, I have no idea what the answer to the question would be, but I'm not even sure what you're asking:

"How good is 5.5 standard adjusment from 5.2s"

What are you referring to, a hand timing adjustment or something?

Dan

___I am referring to the hand--time standard adjustment.
___Since hand--measured time was 5.2X (meaning it could be anything between 5.20 to 5.29), I assumed that the safest adjustment would be to assume that the real or adjusted time was 5.5s (or average most likely worst case scenario as I would call it).
___Anyway, regardless of the above mambo-jumbo look alike statement, the bottom line is what would an estimate for 100 or 200 meters based on the 40 yards time trial?

___My oversimplified estimate is 13.85 seconds over 100 m.
