HIT THE TARGET Exclamation Exclamation Exclamation

192 this morning at my official weigh in. That means I am on track to go to the school. I just have to show up no heavier than 187 and I have until Jun 29 to hit that. But my goal is to show up at under 180.

So...beer tonight and tommorow back to a diet that is not quite as severe as what I have been on.

Well done! You'll be down to a shadow in no time, just like Paul. Smile

Hit 177 today with my workout clothes and shoes on. That means I'm well below 175. That's another 5 pound drop in a month and a half. I think it's due to the increased mileage.

Keep that up and you'll look like Soren soon ... people doing a double-take when they see you, thinking they didn't really see you. Smile

Just caught wind of this thread... but I'll be a real troublemaker Twisted Evil and report in on my 6'0'' 150lbs weight... and thats while eating three all-you-can-eat meals a day.

Over the winter I actually went on a WEIGHT GAIN mission and consumed two 1000 calorie shakes a day in addition to three full meals, adding up to roughly 4000-5000 calories per day, and only managed to gain 15 pounds over three months. Surprised

Maybe I inherited it from my father, a 5'2'' jockey who has never been anything more than thin even after retiring.... or maybe he wasn't kidding when he said he used to put me on the rack every night and thats why I got so tall Mad .

I consumed about 4,000 calories a day in college when I was training at a fairly high level. I think that's actually pretty common. Since you've been doing endurance oriented training, it makes sense you would have a hard time adding weight (not that you'd really want to).
