Dan,
Just wanted to let you know that this is a great site and good idea for a forum. Running is something we all love and are probably addicted to! So why not become more educated and informed on the topic. This is a great way to do it!!!!! Thanks for the replies and keep up the good work. |

Hi Jeff,
Thank you very much. I appreciate the kind words. As you know, I feel running has given me a lot (good and bad), and I just want to keep being a part of it and giving back to the running community and sport as a whole.
Thank you also for your contribution to the forum. I hope to see some more of you follow suit.

Hey Mike,
Thanks! The one rule I try to stick to in everything I do is to never b.s. If I don't know the answer to something, I'd rather admit it up front than try to explain my way around it later. Of course, I'm also very opinionated...
