My diet has changed for ... better.
I did swim 50 widths of a 6--lane pool, (8 lanes plus 6 lanes) widths under water, and 2 widths with my hands behind my back. Soon after, I did run 3.2 K in a relatively slow time: 18:40.
It did remind me of the military: military is such a multievent that you cannot even do as well as you could otherwise on your strongest even (in my case running) during the Army's Physical Fitness Test.
I need an old bike -- as long is works...

It seems that 18:30 to 18:40 is my crusing time for 2 miles, at present. Positive splits and running hard does work for me, tough, because of my relitively slow pulse/heart rate.
----
Yesterday night: 3.3 K in 18:30 with 1st 1.6 K in 8:31.
I felt like inside a cab of a truck which is the feeling you want! Even if you do not drive the ruck like me! That truck without trailer posture seems to be universal for all running with very little variations.

Same pace.
I am trying to put in quality and finish off with the moderate pace.
Running.
The basic idea is to run the 1st quater--a--mile to half--a--mile faster than my current cruising speed.

New week: 8 miles on day one.
I need to find a cheap marathon in the area. I want to run one in my life.
----
Other days so far: 6.5 miles and 3.5 miles.

Good two days, back--to--back of running.
A dog who did not like "corre" running almost charged me. I tried to slap it twice in the nose, but it backed off. Next, I walked behind her master and walked off.
One of the pitbull--like dogs.
It looked mean, but besides being exitted, it was relatively nice.

...I ran minimum 2 miles a day, including 5 miles in part at pace no slower than 8:30 a miles, and 4 miles for 5 days in a raw. I am building back up, a little.
3 x 2 + 9 = 15 miles for 5 days.
Knowing myself, an O.K. total distance, so far.
Let see what will happen later1 :wink
----
Still running most of the days.

The Two—Mile Army’s Tryout: Do you have what it takes to be in the Army?
I propose this road race!
http://www.compuscore.com/cs2012/march/sf2mile.htm
The times would be less relevant, but the gumption could be paramount!
It could also allow different Army groups to compete head—to—head in an unofficial capacity!
As well as against other branches!
In addition, there could be a chip up bar, push—up and sit—up stations measured by … cameras connected to computers!
And no scaring of paranoid men like I, myself! PROHIBITTED!
I will not be in shape!
The scale used could be a modified 300 point scale to include chin ups: 1 chin up = 10 points and maximum is 10 chin ups for persons who have not served and for the military and ex-military the scale goes up to 25 with one chin up as 4 points and 25 as 100.

I did try, like usually, get down by halves, 8.5, 8.0, to 7.0 per mile and then start improving, but I have been sick for the last two weeks.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have a very bad question to ask...
...when Mr. Armstrong starts pointing the finger as he is supposed to, how many more or less clean cyclists have been finishing Tour D' France each year, since 1990?
20 or more?
Sad Twisted Evil
