Sad
Somebody did find his official times; so, if you or I can look them up, you or I can say wheather his practice times were real or fake.

If you say so... Rolling Eyes Nothing added up, and it was made worse by being completely unbelievable. I'll happily admit I'm wrong if he were to point to some verifiable results, but since that obviously never happened despite lots of incentive to do so, there's only one logical conclusion: b.s.

Running some and having a goal!
The Poles have done worse than predicted, but as to the relays, the Polish men 4 x 400 would have to consider getting into the final to be a great success. It is not Mackowiak's and co. relay anymore!
However, anything less than at the very worst 6th place from the men's 4 x 100 m relay would be a great disappointment, and for the 1st time in the loges time, 4 x 100 m is last!
Not 4 x 400 m!
----
I do like US coverage of the championship on Universal Sports! It is great! the talking heads do not try to be pundits or jingles! They are smart and they are pithy!
Well above the football and baseball too--much--talking--pundits talking heads or the usual I happen to remember track and field during the championships and then it is all jingle jingle jingle!
The commentators are great!
----
Kuc certainly did not belive he could get into the final, but comming in 10.51 in the semifinal was certainly not the way he wanted to be eliminated!

4x100 Polish men 4th in 38.50; if the 3rd leg did not almost trip himself and the anchor did not forget to breath over last 40 yards, who knows?
The medal was realistic because in the semifinal, they ran well under 38.40 seconds and only 0.04 second slower than the Polish national recod from the 1980's.
Not bad for a team that runs, 9 out fo 10, for the 5-6. place, since if they do place in top 6, the Polish track and field federation covers their expenses.

There will be always a suspecion about US/UK:
either they wanted too much to win, when considering the members of the Jamaican relay, they stood no chance, and, however fast, the exchange does take time;
or
they did it on purpose, since the odds that the Jamaican men would be defeated in 4 x 100 m were very low (by the time they lost it, the Jamaicans have been ahead)!
---
4 I have been running for the last 4 days and never less than 2 miles. I am fat and slow; only 6 minutes a K, but I hope to get back in shape ASAP. As I wrote before, I do have a goal!

Running in a group is great!
I ran rather slowly, trying to get thin amongst other things, today, 2.25 miles in 19 minutes or so.
Yesterday .5 mile, and 2 days ago over 4 miles.
Cheers! Laughing

Over last few weeks, I have been running most days of each week and I was running as if by accident!

If I am going to have a source of income, most especially as an Infnatry man, I will love to participate in the January--New Jersey race!
----
My goal will be a short race: 1 or 2 miles! It will be the same annual goal; besides, I am have other goals. This way I can get away with low mileage.

Running:
Except yesterday: 3 days in a raw (3.2K to 2.2 miles); including a run in WeeQuaHic Lake Park, Joggers’ Path, that proved to me that my epigenetic makeup adjusted really quickly (usually it takes 20 to 25 years and the odds are 50% after puberty). I went from 2 out of 10 (my body broke down after 45 days at Ft. Bening and I was one of a couple dozen person at entire post who suffered from the 2ndary Barracks’ Flue) capacity to adjust to hot and humid climate to 3 out of 10.

PS
I did stay in the USA (NJ) for 3 months when I was 3 to 4 years old. This may explain the quick adaptation. Now, I do except to collapse after 90 days.

Swimming and running much faster then ever afterwards when I was 14 to 15 years old did teach me something about my body.
"Frogging," yesterday, I started to get the professional--like wave when my heart upgeared. I could feel.

I know from the combination of the experiences that my heart is 100% perfect except the very right portion, upper part, which is 97% perfect.

I think of getting an old bike:
swimming: 19 to 20 (in European)
exchange zone: 300 meters run home
break around 5 minutes
circa 8:20 p.m.: bike
circa: 8:50 p.m.: running in the local park

----
Forward Crawl (Doggy Style): problem: my precise hand, right, is week; therefore, I tend to breath only on my "flip--side," left...I have to make certain that I can breath efficiently on my right...

----
3 days--ago run: 1st 3200 meters in 16:48; total distance 5.6 K in 31:20...
1 day--ago run: 2.8 K in under 15 minutes as wel as 3 x 100 meters relaxed dashes
