One more Pole that is on your list:

Guzowska and Pacholak is one and the same person. She got married to her coach, recently.
Czapiewski may be allowed by PZLA-- the Polish national federation to participate in the WC in Helsinki, even if he fails to achieve minimum A.

Are they both from the IAAF lists? I don't recall writing in either of those...
