Does anyone have advice/experience with ChiRunning.com or the pose running technique, or other form-based classes and workshops? I am basically self-trained (with the help of magazine articles, advice from running partners, etc.) but think focusing on a specific technique vs. random tips and hints (like I'm using now) might be beneficial. Any thoughts or experiences?

Personally, I think random tips and hints is the best way to go unless you have an in-person coach working with you full-time. As you start experimenting with different things, you'll get a feel for what works and what doesn't.

This is a great website on the 'POSE' method of Sprinting.

Link:

On other pages within the site, it explains the 'POSE' method in serious detail, and also demonstrates drills and strength exercises of 'POSE' method.
