i'm looking for some complete weight trianing
workouts for cross country runnners.

Hi Jeff,

Weight training for endurance work is pretty simple: low weight, high reps. The specific exercises aren't too important, mostly that you increase strength without bulking up. Anything that helps your running form like arm swings or knee lifts would certainly be beneficial.

Having a solid "core" is important for a distance athlete (ie. abs and back). This is where you get all of your support during your run. Try sit-ups while holding a 10lb weight. Also stregthen your arms by swinging them in a running motion while holding free weights.
