I'm a french marathon runner and i will go to Melbourne (Australia) from 17/10/00 up to 15/12/00; does somebody know if there is a race or marathon in melbourne within this period. It will be great if you can give me a web site about races in Australia.

Give this a try, it's a list of events I have put together for the Australian/New Zealand area. You can probably find something in near Melbourne and narrow it down by date, or go to one of the regional calendars listed.
